I can?t lie I actually love this place, I hate shopping anywhere else. However, there is one lady on self checkout . . . She is a total Karen, even my kids can?t stand her

Easy and less hustling and bustling than other Sainsburys. Variety of items available open till 10pm. Ample parking. 1 less star due to (unhelpful) self-checkout staff. i wish there were more humans for big shops. its a hassle to keep asking for support and when ur trolley is full (£150+).

Very large store but in my view very poorly managed. Slow in filling shelves. Sometimes, in the morning, only one till open with long que. I have used this store for many years but getting very disappointed. I only keep on using this store because I think their bakery products are very nice and have a huge carpark.

There's a whacking great fallen tree blocking the drive path to Sainsbury's. I tried calling the branch (no pun intended) to ask if it had been removed but just got an innane recorded message asking me to wear a face covering and seek further assistance online...yeah! right - it will def be in their FAQ's NOT! Does anyone know if it's been dealt with? (Newbury Park)

I've not been to Newbury Park sainsburys for some time...omg what a change...they've taken away most of the checkouts and everything else is for u to do self checkout...not a good move... they didn't have half of the things I wanted...I had so much shopping it was a complete nightmare....queue was not too bad but the conveyer belt was tiny...lucky I had my husband with me...this is my first big shop since lockdown...ive been ordering on line....Ive not missed doing a big shop one bit...back to on line shopping I think...my mum lives in Stamford Hill and this has stopped her going in there...she's 90 yrs old and scared of self checkout...why should the older population be made to feel like this...Yes progress but let's be kinder to the older generation...this has knocked her confidence big time ?

It used to be a great and vibrant Newbury Park Sainsbury supermarket 8-10 years ago! Used to have a plenty of hot food in store, chicken, meat, ect. Now all you can find its a dry pastry, cooked from frizen.Sometimes, if you lucky, you can find a whole chicken. It is nowhere near how it used to be. Staff barely smile. If toys on sale, never right price, under right toy. A lot of boaring toys. Limited Nectar price product. There is a big community here and many Schools around hight demand for hot food, but all you can find its dry pastry. Limited choices, lacking of customer interest. Therefore only Ziro star. Would like to mention the state of toilet in Newbury Park Sainsbury supermarket is absolutely disgusting, does anyone actually clean it? Any manager exists who monitor? And who can take on board mantion above comments. Definitely improvements needed!!

3 tills open with queues. Lots of scan it yourself tills which no one seems keen to use. Well stocked, good parking for three hours.

Staff is clueless about the items locations. I asked about vacuum cleaner bags from 3 members of staff they all pointed towards different directions. In the end I bought it from Argos. Also prices on beer are way too expensive compare to Asda and Tesco. If you buy Tesco products with clubcard then sainsbury and Asda can't match the prices. My son picked up a water bottle for school on shelf prices showing 6.99 but on till its £14.99. I was in difficult situation because if I knew the real price I would ask my son wait I'll order online because its way too expensive. But he already gave me hug and thanked me for letting him buy the water bottle even he already have 3 bottles in the home. I find the store extremely expensive and unfriendly.

Better than the branch in Ilford but still no lean diced leg of lamb. I've had to go to the Laughton branch for that.

Understaffed - waited 15 minutes at the front desk - with a build up of clients with one person on 3 booths and customer care.Newspaper agent talking to management and stuff during the entire time. Bad look. Reduced price stickers just for show!Terrible experience.
