I?ve visited this Ryman location three times now for colour printing, spending nearly £30 for 62 pages, £9 for about 10 pages, and most recently £3.40 for a single colour print ? yes, just one page. Why? Because they?ve now added a delightful £2.50 ?service charge? to the bill.
Apparently, the act of pressing ?Print? now qualifies as a luxury service. When I questioned it, the staff member (who strangely assumed I should already know about this mysterious fee) gave me a vague, dismissive response ? as if being overcharged is just part of the Ryman experience. I work in retail as a supervisor myself, and I genuinely cannot imagine justifying a £2.50 charge for literally doing the bare minimum.
Printing services shouldn?t come with hidden fees and unapologetic attitudes. If you?re charging premium rates, at least offer premium service, not awkward stares and cold shoulders. I?d expect this level of transparency from a street vendor, not a nationwide stationery brand.
Safe to say, I?ll be finding another place to print ? preferably one that doesn?t think air and attitude qualify as services worth charging for.

Went in for binding a work manual and Bradley was amazing, extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help me with my request. He was polite, professional and we had a chat whilst I waited. Really impressed with such great customer service and genuine nature. I'm really grateful for the service and hope staff are rightly recognised by management for their efforts!

Bradley and Nadia were fantastic. Bradley calmly helped us find a cable and had a lovely, relaxed chat that made us feel right at home. Truly genuine and a pleasure to interact with!

Bradley was so helpful today, i was looking for an A2 clip frame. It was really refreshing to receive such great customer service, he went out of his way to help me locate what I needed in the shop. Thank you once again Bradley.

I phoned up to see if they had any receipt/duplicate books and the chap who answered described them to me (which meant that I wouldn't have a wasted journey) so I drove over to pick them up.
The store was tidy and well stocked/organised with very pleasant & helpful staff, I'll be visiting again.

I would highly recommend this store and in particular the store manager Nikki.
I was after a specific Legami product that had sold out at most Ryman stores in London.... Nikki kindly offered to contact multiple stores all over the country and secure me what I was looking for and get them shipped to Ilford.
She kept me updated with progress and let me know when to pop in to collect. I'm extremely grateful to her. I look forward to using her services in the future *****
