Des bons à rien ! Aucun professionnalisme ! Vraiment une honte cet hôtel. J'ai réservé cet hôtel deux mois avant mon arrivée. Quand je me suis présentée à l'hôtel, on m'a dit que l'hôtel était fermé et qu'il accepte personne ! Ils n'ont pas prévenu en amont rien ! Ils préviennent le jour même ! Et quand je lui demande de me trouver une solution, il commence à chercher des hôtels sur Booking mais quelle honte. Pas de plan b pour les clients qui ont réservé c'est vraiment un scandale je me suis donc retrouvé dans hôtel a 19h . Et ils osent ce dédouaner de l'erreur de l'hôtel en me disant c'est pas de sa faute mais celle de la personne qui accepte votre réservation, aucune organisation dans cet hôtel !!!! Le pire c'est que je vois encore des avis ils acceptent encore des clients !!! Le gérants vous êtes qu'un incapable !! Les avis négatifs sont bien mérités !

They've cancelled our reservation without any reason and close to our trip, now the prices are a lot higher. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!

Recently stayed with several other members of family. I had a double room, value for money, some small marks on the additional window single bed/sofa and a tad dusty. But otherwise nothing to complain about. Clean bathroom, window opens, tea coffee milk supplied, soap and clean towels supplied. Felt very similar to a premier Inn or travel lodge experience. The breakfast was continental only, which included ham, cheese, lots of pastries, toast, jam, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, and more - self service buffet. The desk service was great, friendly and chatty staff. Parking is easy and a £6 flat fee, which for Ilford, opposite a tube station, seemed very reasonable. Would stay again! Good spot for London visits, at a lesser expense, only 2 mins from a tube station.

Stayed for business trip due to handy location. The first room there was someone's body hair on top and under duvet. Mattress had massive uring stain and also blood stain. Toilet itself was filthy, bath was not very clean either. I was offered to change the room. Although there was no hair in the bed, the bathroom wasn't in the best state. The receptionist offered to clean the toilet herself which was very much appreciated, but it wasn't her job! I was too tired to move again and just wanted to go to sleep. Best morning discovered that the toilet bowl itself was not fixed and moving. Mentioned this on the way out, was told this will be sorted. When I got back , was told it's been sorted, however, the only thing that was done was put new sealant around the toilet, so obviously not fixed. Asked why this hasn't been fixed, was told that it's a bigger job so they can't.. also was told by a rude male receptionist that apparently moving toilet bowl is normal and In fact he has one like that home.. he also proceeded to tell me that the hair Initially found in the first bedroom was not "theirs" and that it was coming from a company they use for washing bedding.. as if that is somehow not their issue to deal with?? at that point I had just had enough of his b***s*it, so just asked him to leave, realising that this is the standard of this hotel... If this wasn't just for work, I would have left after the first day! Just to add, everything was dusty including the coffee cups in the room, that were not changed/ checked once during the stay. The tray was dirty too. There were bottle caps under the bed and headboard was covered in dust. Needless to say, I won't be staying here and definitely won't be recommending! The two lovely girls at reception were as helpless as anything, trying to do their best with what they had.. the only good thing about this place was location and good value parking.Rooms: Advice? Change your housekeeping team!

The hotel unilaterally canceled my rooms already booked in January for the end of June less than a month before the planned overnight stay. I now had to look for new accommodation and pay significantly more for it due to the short notice. I can absolutely not recommend this hotel because of this behavior.

Redbridge lodge cancelled our reservation at short notice with no reason given. Leaving us not much time to find a replacement hotel at a more expensive price.Don't recommend, as they're not reliable.

I don't recommend, they are not reliable!The hotel just cancelled our reservations from months ago without any reason and I am going to travel in a few weeks, now the prices are very high to find alternatives. I just saw other people having the same problem.

One week before they simply cancelled our booking. The accomodation? Your problem. This is not care for the guest. This is a problem of attitude, that is much more important than a single comfort in the accomodation. If this is the mindset the only thing to do is to AVOID this place.

Nowt like when it was a premier inn I think they must be on a water meter by how much the pressure had been turned down the shower was terrible. I think Stevie Wounder cleaned the room there was still hairs in the bath. It's a shame we used it often when it was a premier inn ideal for the tube station. But it doesn't look like I will be again.
