Ragdon was able to find me and my family a great place within the tight timeframe I had to leave my last place. All staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone knows what they are doing and are well communicated with each other.

Absolute theives, paid a deposit which was meant to be paid back after sale of house went through, fees were paid by the buyers and imam refused to give our deposit back, threatened us with debt collection knowing we moved from the uk for monies we didnt even owe! The agent dealing with the sale Fahim Rahman was an absolute gem of a guy and facilitated everything, but Iman has robbed us and im sure many more of deposits, always gave excuses about family illnesses and always on holiday! I will be back in the uk soon and will have this dealt with, DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS!!!

They constructed my loft this year, we endured 13 leaks to our property throughout the process, my mother's room below the loft is always waterlogged now due to rain water. A RICS chartered surveyor attended my property and has CONFIRMED the rainwater issue is entirely due to poor workmanship from the company, not a maintenance issue as the Director alleged. As per the surveyor the roof has so many defects, major works will need to be carried to remedy the situation. Avoid these charlatans at all costs
