I was here today and i did the uperlips and threading and if i told that lady that is some hair left first she did it but with some weird face expression and when i talk to her she just like thankyou have a nice day she didn?t even prefer to talk and there is one lady as well who did always my things she is super nice but today the lady who was there she is very rude very very rude.

It was great to have the hair cut with Shqipe. She have done my hair nice and smooth. It looks so shiny and healthy. I have done the protein treatment and wash ,cut and styling. Very nice service.

I got my eyebrows done at this place however I told her I only want my eyebrows to be thinner and cleaned but she waxed nearly all of my eye brows off and she had attitude and was being mean and aggressive I do not recommend this place to anyone

This was my second time there, I thought I would have a nice hair color but I end up getting something I didn't want. The technique was great but wasn't what I wanted. I showed her the picture, for an example of that tipe of color I wanted but I received something totally different. Plus when I asked them for a compensation considering that it wasn't the right color, they just told me that I received that I told then which is not correct. They made me feel like I was in the wrong. And I had to pay the full amount so I left from there almost crying because nobody cared what I wanted, they cared just about the money.I will not go back there. They are very nice until you tell them that they missed what you wanted. I had the worst experience ever! And it was very expensive as well considering the outcome. In the pictures with the blue top it's me after the service, you can't even see the color , basically that's my natural color with just some highlights.

Went in today for a wash cut and blow dry and came away with a no bleach balayage too. Shqipe listened to my requests and I felt brave to go with her recommendation. The results came out amazing! Friends and family love it too. Would definitely recommend the team there. Sadia and her team are the best!!
