I go there with my cat they didn?t tell me about the prices they just take my cat and give her injection and then she didn?t tell me about injection price and she gave me one tablet for my cat she said it?s £10 after she ask me are you paying with card I said yes and then she change the price from £10 to £80 I ask her you said it?s £10 and she said oh that?s only for the tablet which is only one I?m not happy with this if someone being there they need to tell the prices and when customer happy with that then they should start do this thing I will never go there

The team is very friendly and very easy talk to . I really enjoy going there . They charged me £49 for a dog shampoo which is £17.99 online and refused to take it back unopened.
Also charged me £36 for an anti-allergy injection while a month earlier they charged £13 for the same one and had no explanation other than this is what the price is today.

I bought some items from Pets at Home in Newbury Park. I was greeted and served by a lovely staff member, Susan. I requested help to find certain items for cats, so I can donate supplies for a cat shelter and Susan went above and beyond helping me today. Thank you!

After seeing the vet I been charged £80 for a product that i found out retails online for £18. An injection for my dog to relieve allergies costed double the amount Pets at Home charged me 4 months ago for the same product! When i rang them, they informed me that they dont do refunds!
Absolutely unethical with a really arbitrary billing structure - will not be using them again (for anything)..irony is; I was warned by three of my dog owning colleagues not to use them..and now i know.

I've been conned by a male, Italian vet on 28th Feb 2025, who charged me £111 for an ear drops for our dog, which he didn't tell us the price before he put ear drops into our dog's ears.
The receptionist don't give a dam about it, so if you take your pets at "Pets at Home ilford". AVOID!! at all costs.
Don't get conned as I did. ?
