She was not only professional but also very attentive and helpful throughout my shopping experience. Her friendly and courteous demeanor made my visit even more enjoyable. Don't expect customer service from them especially the manager lady. I wondered how she become the manager without the empathetic skill, customer service skills.

Very bad customer service.staff members are not helpful at all.i went for last minute shopping for Christmas Eve for my two sons.same floor one side open one side close.i asked the lady can I go to the other side she said this boys side is close.in their website I can see closing time at 6 pm.very confusing.At last I got my son's present from H&M.

Very disappointed from such service from next this branch.i very often shop next online and collect my parcel. Today I was served by a Muslim lady called LIPI ,I was hear to collect suit worth£249 .she saw so rude and racist .she treated other people differently and me so rude.she was raising her voice with an abusive tone .I wouldn?t like spend my money to get treated badly . I decided I would never shop in next.

I like to go to NexT ! I love this shop ! But If you go there , be careful .. Someone stole my wallet( money, id ,etc) from my bag 2 days ago .. One lady who saw me there , told me that the same thing happened to her with phone in the same place ! Just Take care When you go there !!

I visited the Next store at Havelock St Unit 1a, West Mall Exchange Shopping Centre, Ilford IG1 1BY on my birthday, September 18, 2023, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by an encounter with a staff member named Has.Has, who I believe is of South Asian background, displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism during my visit. I had come to pick up a parcel and return an item, and despite having the receipt, Has refused to cooperate and even raised her voice. It was upsetting for both me and my mother, and other customers in line were also taken aback.Initially, when I asked to speak to the manager, Natalia, Has was uncooperative, but thankfully, Natalia stepped in later and resolved the issue professionally.This encounter was far from the excellent customer service I expect from Next. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures such incidents don't happen again.

Shuraiz was extremely helpful and patient with me. I initially had trouble finding the correct style and fitting for a shirt but Shuraiz made my experience at this Next extremely positive and I can only say his customer service skills were nothing but excellent.

One of the smaller Nexts, lots of clothes are out of stock.The staff were very unhelpful and closed off one of the exits before closing, we couldn't get to the elevator with our pram and the staff refused to let us out through that particular exit to the lift that led to the elevator, we had to take another exit that only had escalators,
