Abit disappointed that as a public service, the bank fails to open on time.

Usual NatWest branch where sadly like most other Banks cashiers are being replaced by machines.

Yesterday attended this bank branch with request of help in explaining where?s money gone from account . It was 4pm . Lady at information desk was welling to help but seems like she was in the rush to go home as it was nearly end of the day shift and she wasn?t to sure how to help us , so she passed us to another person . This man who?s name is Bhanesh wasn?t helpful at all instead he was so rude and unprofessional. He don?t give a chance to explain the situation just was constantly saying his kind of version if what could be happening in my case !!! Every time I want to explain step by step what?s happened he just was breaking my speech with his thinking of what that could be ! In the end he get upset , called someone else as he was so angry and also in the rush to get off asap from the work place and unprofessionally left the desk shouting that he cont deal with this matter ! This is ridiculous behaviour towards client ! No respect and no patience whatsoever! He shout out for help another lady and walk away !!! With a loud bang of the door saying something addressed to me that he doesn?t want to do anything to help me because I wasn?t agree with his words. I think those kind of people can?t work in public area at all ! If his nerves is not good enough to handle clients situation and problems he need to learn firstly simple things as how to communicate with a peoples and cope with his unprofessional behaviour at his work place ! Luckily other lady come over and helped . Politely explained what?s need to be done in this matter and showed in the app what?s need to be done as it?s has to be done by two first workers .

The most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever come across. You get a feeling that they really don't want to be working in the branch. I got to the branch well before closing time but was told that I couldn't deposit my money as the counters were now closed. Avoid.

Last week I arrived at Natwest 40 minutes before closing time and was in the queue to deposit my cash. As soon as everyone was seen to, I was told I can deposit my cash in the machine and someone would be out to help me. I was the last customer in the queue and the female cashier could've easily seen to me. There was still 30 minutes til closing so I was a little confused as to why I couldn't deposit cash. I went to the machines and they were both faulty. Nobody came out to assist me so luckily I went across the road to nationwide where I also have an account. I deposited my money quickly and efficiently. Also nationwide don't shut their cashiers half an hour early like this waste branch of Natwest. It should be closed down in my opinion. Awful awful customer service. I would've given 0 stars if it was possible

I have seen staff at this branch turn away older customers, advising them to do it online or over the telephone.

I visited just before lunchtime on a Thursday, very busy but the team were excellent, with only two of them and all the building work going on. Very patient as well. Thanks very much.

Waited for almost 2 hours in the queue, understandable as due to COVID-19.However staff was extremely rude, and don't seem to know their own bank.My mother couldn't withdraw the amount she needed because they said that she has the wrong card, despite me and her is on a joint business account. When asked how much can we withdraw at the machines the woman behind the counter said 250,, so she went to the machine as she naturally have the pin and didn't want to completely wasted the visit. Turns out the limit is 500, so clearly the staff arn't trained at all. After this experience, I'm leaving Natwest, and going with Monzo, a bank who truly cares about their clients. Yes I know money withdraw might be an issue, but I'll just open a Barclays who has a limit of 2000 at the machine.
