I walked in the building & met with the most disrespectful attitude from one of the female staff & straight away sent me off that I needed ID when I told her on my situation.I came back next day just to meet up again with the same staff member & showed her all the documents she asked for. She told me to sit in the waiting area.I waited for a whole 30 MINUTES which is very concerning as they don?t have much staff but I couldn?t help but overhear them going off topic with most of the customers & repeating the same things over 4 times which irritated me as my situation felt overlooked & unimportant.I eventually decided to go to one of the desk of assisted counter service & ask if they could help but felt extremely discriminated as I was waiting in line waiting to be helped but there was a woman standing outside the line section & on the side but one of the male staff members WENT to the woman & started conversation & pulled her to the table he was working on while making eye contact with me.I will definitely reconsider moving branches or even better, a different banks as this branch is very disrespectful & their staff members need to be reconsidered as soon as possible.

Awful.Banked with Natwest about 8 years.Most uncomfortable I?ve ever felt leaving a Branch.Wait time to see tilled staff is up to 30 minutes.Once at the till. The member of staff questioned why I had multiple accounts and encouraged me to close them. Never. Has any other branch questioned my precautions when buying online or the chance of loosing a physical card.After already having waiting half an hour I didn?t want to pre-long wasting my time.Or be upsold a credit card.There should be no shame when moving you?r own earnings. On the experience i had in this branch alone. I?d move banks. Don?t waste you?r time in this Branch. Like most other reviews. Rude & detouring.

Bank was closed today (Thursday) for 'unforseen circumstances ' couldn't use the facilities and there was no information on their website to inform customers. A wasted journey!

I went to this branch 2 weeks ago to withdraw money,just about to go and queue and lady at the door was very rude and obviously lacks people skills says you can't just walk up to the counter there is a queue I said I know and because of her attitude I said I'm going and she said ok.first time and last time in this branch.

Usually the staff at this bank is very friendly but today I met a female employee standing at the door, she was very impolite and showed an attitude to customers when I asked for a bank statement

Worst experience ever, useless customer service, they don?t know how to speak to the customers, they lacking a very basic thing MANNERS, first and the last will never step into this poxy branch again!!!
