I just wanted to say a big thank you to Rajiv at the Nationwide Ilford branch for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly professional, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit. Rajeev went above and beyond to assist my mother with her grandchildren?s accounts, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring she felt confident and supported every step of the way.
His genuine care and attention really stood out and made our experience at Nationwide a very positive one. In fact, thanks to Rajiv?s excellent service, I?m now seriously considering moving my own current account to Nationwide.

I came to the bank today to open my account and deposit 2 000 pounds in cash.
In my address confirmation I had an agreement with an agency from which I rent a room and do not pay any additional bills.
I had my insurance number, my passport Number, what else was missing to open my account?
I could also prove my current place of residence with the parcels that come to me here.
What the hell do you need?!? ?????

I popped into the Nationwide branch in Ilford today and was helped by Sara, the finance advisor. She was absolutely lovely?so professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient when explaining everything about my finances. I really appreciated her help and left feeling much more confident. I visited nationwide wide bank at Ilford branch I talked with relationship manager Lubna she was very good helped me to apply personal load and applied for me credit card and explained to me how to use it as I have never used it before very welcoming lady big thanks
