We are regular customers at Whitechapel Nandos, we decided to try the Ilford Nandos for the first time. We had to wait over ten minutes to be seated, even though there were no other customers and the staff kept walking past us if we weren't even there. Finally I managed to get attention of one of the staff and had to ask if we can get a table! Once seated everything else went quite well. The staff really need to work on their customer services!

Nando?s is always a great choice! The peri-peri chicken is flavorful and perfectly cooked every time. The menu has good variety, and the sides are delicious too. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a fun spot to grab a meal with friends or family. Definitely recommend if you love tasty, spicy food!

One of worst chicken in the whole world .
We want pari pari and grilled not boiled or steamed and grilled for 1 min and served to the customer.
Pathetic taste .
You want people to eat boiled or steamed chicken and giving them the sauce and tell them to eat this worst food on this world..
An ordinary pri pri for 6 to 10 pounds 1000s time better.
Also claimed large size but small.
Totally waste of money.
Its shame ...
You give rubbish food and charge ridiculous money

Came here last night with family for dinner and I must say everyone from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left, were so hospitable and welcoming. Made sure everything was fine. Rania took our order and was so sweet and lovely! Would come back to this branch again! And the food of course tasted delish! Very happy customers

Worst experience when I went restaurant I sat on table and my brother was ordering food and the lady she is manager said to me need to wait if it busy I can understand it?s so empty I not prefer to go and if any one want to go nanods I?ll say not to go

This place is a delightful little restaurant. The service in here is amazing! The staff Misbah, Sumona, Nathan and George they are a credit to this establishment! I come here pretty much everyday and they always look after me very well. Thank you guys! Always a pleasure to see such great service and kindness! See you guys again soon! Love Sadia x

Service is atrocious. You go inside hoping to be seated or even spoken to. The service guy at the front on a Friday evening, (not busy just yet) decides to ignore people entering and acts busy. When you do find a way to approach him, he decides to inform you he's doing he's job and will come round to you when he needs to.
Like am I paying to eat out or is he paying us to eat there? Standards of service have drastically dropped here....
WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO NEXT DOOR TO BIG MOES, THEIR SERVICE IS ON POINT!

Food definitely wasn't fresh, chips felt like they'd been sitting around for ages and the bones on the chicken were cold. I have never had this experience from Nandos before so was really surprised. Customer Service was good but on this occasion, food was terrible I'm afraid. ?
