I have placed three orders from this McDonald?s online: once directly through the McDonald?s app and twice via Uber Eats. Each time, an item was missing from my order. Please pay attention to the quality of order preparation. I have paid three times for a burger that I never received.

Went at 2200 on a weekday, it closes at 2230. The staff just didn't want to come to the front, the kitchen was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy.

Have to wait quite a bit for them to prepare the food when collecting. It's actually quicker to order on apps. But if you want collect you have to wait a bit as there's are lots of collection drivers

2 drinks self service order on screen 20min still not ready. Very busy but small order are held back because of uber orders.. very very poor. How long does it take to get a drink out of a machine. It's gotten very slow. Looks like they prioritise the online delivery services over the waiting customers.

This place is nice to eat at but sometimes the toilet is locked which is a bit of a shame and when you ask them if they could open it they tell you not right now but the food is amazing and viewing from the customers perspective they do there jobs well so this is an amazing place to come to for eating
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian menu on the touch screen for people to see what?s vegetarian
Dietary restrictions: Tells you the kcal of the food your eating to be sure of your diet
Parking: There is parking at the front which you pay £0.15 for an hour and there is also Iceland parking at the back which can get you an hour for about 50p or so and also a voucher of iceland next door
Kid-friendliness: They are friendly with kids as they have a meal called the happy meal, you can get a toy inside of it with a kids wonder of food such as cheeseburger fish fingers chicken nuggets and veggie dippers with chips and a drink
Wheelchair accessibility: They don?t have any steps but they do have a bit of a steep uneven path of a brick ramp which could be a bit hard but if you get help it would be good enough

Staff at service counter are decent, obliging, though don't look very happy.
Unpleasant and miserable is the cleaner who's rude, make customers feel uncomfortable sitting down, make sarcastic remarks about crumbs on the floor that's got nothing to do with the person sitting there. She should leave if she's not happy with the job.

The staff at the service counter is friendly,
The unpleasant cleaning lady is rude, makes customers feel uncomfortable, makes sarcastic remarks, I also witnessed her yelling at people at the counter today, they were scared and didn't know how to behave. She should leave if she is not happy with her job.
