I experienced a great visit to McDonald's, where the service was friendly, and the food was hot and tasty. The variety of options made it easy to find something I enjoyed, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It's always a reliable choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

My experience at this McDonald?s was incredibly frustrating due to the rude and dismissive behavior of Rajibir, the manager. I simply asked for caramel sauce to be evenly distributed around the cream in my Caramel Frappe?not extra caramel, just the standard amount applied properly. Instead of listening to my request, Rajibir repeatedly interrupted me, speaking over me and refusing to let me explain. She kept insisting, ?We can?t do extra caramel,? even though I never asked for extra.
I tried to clarify that other managers at this location have no issue ensuring the caramel is spread evenly, and they even instruct employees to do so. However, Rajibir refused to understand and remained uncooperative. When I asked about the policy, she pointed to a paper on the counter that was upside down. I told her I couldn?t read it that way, yet she coldly replied, ?You should read it,? and then claimed she couldn?t remove it.
The whole situation was unacceptable, and I ultimately got a refund. I purchase a Caramel Frappe with Double Espresso every day, spending £144 a month, but now McDonald?s has lost a loyal customer due to Rajibir?s poor attitude and unwillingness to provide basic customer service.

Clearly it is somebody's job to sit on each burger at the end of the production line as a finishing touch. So as customers all we can really hope for is that they were fully clothed and that the the burger was fully wrapped before they committed this awful act ??

Great food, my diet coke had obviously been standing for a while as it was warm, could have returned it, but I had already left before I found out.

General area is okay, food is top quality so a good start on that, service is nothing special and the areas are generally clean but can be a little dirty.

Usually around lunch time there are too many uber drivers who are using all the space and you literally cant sit down to eat.. they dont order nothing just waiting for order. Absolute disgrace? also there are so many homeless ppl chilling in there and seems like nobody cares. Inside its time to time smells so bad I just turn around and rather buy sum from Lidl.. These things should have been more controlled because no wonder why this mc has 3.6rating.. hopefully the managment sees this and do somthing towards it.
