One, of the stuff went across London just to get me an inhaler, which was out of stock almost everywhere. I had run out a few days before, and it was really affecting my breathing. I am very grateful to this man, and would like to thank him for the outstanding service.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a goodmayes pharmacy. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff who provided helpful advice , especially the staff Ashh, he was really friendly and down to earth,very knowledgeable person. Not only were the prices competitive, but the variety of options available made it easy to find the right solution. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be a returning customer.

Incompetent staff, provided a prescription on Wednesday for my 7 month old, told us the item is out of stock and will order it for Friday and will call to us pick it up. No one called so we chased up on Friday, and they said its out of stock still and will re-order it. A whole week later, after chasing multiple times, we find out that they first misplaced the prescription and the item hasn?t been ordered. My daughter suffers from eczema and their incompetency was ridiculous!

The pharmacist and team are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond for all of my medical needs. I?ve been to a lot of pharmacies around the green lane area and none of them come close to the service I receive at Goodmayes pharmacy.

Changed from another local pharmacy to this one as it?s closer. This pharmacy do take a little longer to get your prescriptions ready, if you have quite a few medications, order them well in advance. They send you a text message once it?s ready, which is a great service!

I spoke to the pharmacist when visiting family in the area about dizziness. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Checked my blood pressure and reviewed my medication/health. Very thorough, would recommend

Every single time I've picked up a prescription, there has been an issue.I expect better customer service from a pharmacy.McDonald's has less inept employees.Really sad too, cos I've used lloyds for years.This particular shop isn't fit for purpose

I bought a watch last week and I couldn't charge its battery and I asked for a refund at the pharmacy but the employees refused on the grounds that I don't know if it will be returned. Saturday 12.02.22
