Excellent staff . Very helpful and customer focussed.However a dangerous place for staff when those customers on the slot machines lose their temper and either try to smash the machines up or smash the glass front door which has happened twice in two months.The machines for staff placing the customers bets are ancient and one gets the impression that Ladbrokes care little for the welfare of their staff or indeed customers.
