The team members are very reluctant to serve. They doesn?t even know how the customer service free snack code works. They denied serving me. Very pathetic service by all the team members. I suggest KFC to give proper training to the staff in this store. I don?t suggest this store to anyone.

They have recently refurbished the dining area. made a separate entrance for the uber delivery riders. Which is a positive thing about this branch.

The worst KFC I have ever had, soaked iin oil, no crispy but greasy, called in to get it replaced only to be told "chicken is cooked in oil", they couldn't care less. Had ordered for delivery but was told to physically come to the store if i was refund or order more so they add "something extra" to my next order. Never again!

Used to be good but is terrible now. Bad customer service who are not helpful. They don?t even have the chicken ready during a lunch hour. Avoid and save your money.
