My husband bought a family chicken bucket and that's unbelievable chicken was so bad I believe they warmed this chickens at least 5/6 times I don't know first time I had such a bad experience with KFC really disappointed I just wasted my money and time and I also my family can't eat.

The quality of burger ? found bad.. Also service also not good.. chicken inside the burger found as not well cooked? Same burger I had from Stratford KFC which was good and tasty? Here customer service also found not helpful

Very poor customer service, table no clean rubbish on the floor both toilets is closed no service available for customer and food quality is not good I order stacker box meal and zinger tower box meal food was cold no tasty w really waste money and time sorry to say unhappy with all the work.

Whenever I go the food is nice but one Asian guy with a beard tends to work at night is always so rude disrespectful acting like he wants to not serve me and when I go to the till to get my freebies, he refuses to give it to me and takes my other freebies all the time which is disgusting . Toilet is never working .First staff should know not to be rude every time I go he is at the till but always rude and disrespectful to me.

Toilets are always out of order, tables are not cleaned regularly. Will not blame the staff as they are already short staffed by the looks of it. KFC needs to few more people here to provide better customer services.
