The 5* review is actually for the staff member Tianna! (I hope spelt correctly) - Newbury Park Store.
I had the BEST experience thanks to Tiana! She went above and beyond to help me ? literally picked out more than two full outfits for me, suggested the right sizes, and made the whole process so easy. Without her I would?ve been in the store for hours trying to decide. She honestly has the eye of a stylist and made me feel so confident in what I bought. Such amazing customer service ? JD Sports is very lucky to have her!

Terrible service, most of them are young people who have no experience or want to serve customers properly they mainly just stand around gossiping between themselves and just want to get you out the door ASAP to get back to gossiping, literally have to shout at them across the store to get any service

I went to do shopping in this JD a few days ago, and I didn?t like how the female manager had been communicating with the staff members.She had been shouting and she seems quite harsh, it had convinced me to leave without purchasing anything from the store. It still disturbs me of what I had witnessed which had lead to me writing this review.

Friendly staff, always on hand to help. Amazing sales and always has sizes unlike other stores. Good variety on clothes for kids and adults. Always clean and tidy.

The worst JD store I have ever been! They certainly don?t know how to talk with customers, I went to store to look for a normal (around £50)pair of trainers and ended up spending £140. One item with £30 price tag was charged £40 with a different barcode, which I did not realise until I looked at it after getting home . Went back to shop and asked for clarification and I was blamed for not checking at the store ! They made a mistake with price and started arguing with me without acknowledging their mistake. Moreover it was a tricky thing I discovered that they use price gun depending on their choice! If it was wrong tag you could simply remove it rather than using price tag on top of it ! I understand JD employe a lot of young people but the two person started arguing was grown up man one over 30 other over 25 certainly. Please check the receipts and price tag before you find out after getting home .

This is the best JD in London and maybe the UK. Firstly, given its low-key location, there?s plenty of parking, the store is very big with a wide range of products and options. The sale racks are always packed to the brink with items, there?s always something you?ll definitely like, and you?ll definitely find some very nice items. I?ve been here a few times, and the shoes are always in stock in your size (especially if it?s a sale item) and there?s a wide variety and plenty to choose from. There is a perfect balance of the amount of items and I feel like their women section is much bigger and better than the JDs in Ilford, Barking, Romford etc. The customer service here is fantastic, and the staff are always asking if you need help and are always available to assist you. The store is very big too. Overall, this is a brilliant JD. If you don?t have a car, please don?t worry, as Newbury Park Station is max a 5 minute walk from this JD, and the 169 stops right outside.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Even on a busy day, I was able to find the trainers that were right for me, with their advice. Much better than the chaos in the ilford location.

Great JD. Great parking, staff are very attentive and helpful. Dealt with my exchange and refund very promptly as I got the wrong size trainers online. Their stock levels are also very good here as it's not usually that busy. Thanks guys
