Attitude of the staff's at this branch stinks!! every single time I visit the branch. This needs to be looked at by the area manager. I have reported this place to tradings standard. Extremely careless and racist attitude towards customers. This needs to be dealt on a serious level.

Good size store in basement went for shopping with my kids
Gabriala was nice and friendly and helped us to find sizes and ordered some online for us that were not available in store.

Products are really wow and perfect but the staff is really bad, not all the employees are bad but some are really worst , I had very bad experience with one lady regarding my online order she even didn?t care when I visit the store

Poor customer service. I went into the branch at 5.10pm and I was told I couldn?t shop on the side because it had been tidied up. The branch closed at 6pm. This is absolutely disgusting if you don?t want people to shop then close your doors. All the colleagues need proper customer service training. I will be telling family are friends not to shop at JD Ilford branch.

Place was good , availability good , but staff doesn?t want help , they are not ready to show the size . Even checkout staff not in customer focus , they happy to talking between them .

I visited jd ilford today. The worst ever service and attitude from the guys who were in shoes section. They were having very rude attitude. I have not seen such worst costumer service in my life. When i asked a guy to shoe me size of shoes he straight away refused on my face. Even 3,4 jd boys gathered there and started laughing at me. Whenever i try to find something they started laughing by looking at me. I felt so embraced that how they can behave with a customer. Finally i had to go to till to request for a shoes but she was not allowed to come out. When i asked her to call manager she just called a random girl to help me. But the behaviour of those guys was very rude pathetic and highly unprofessional. Seriously they were continuously looking at me and laughing which is highly embracing for me. I will surely write an email to higher management even area manager or their district manager or what so ever. And will never ever visit this branch again. I wish i could make a video of them to attach here but i think its not right. I will request everyone if you want to have some respect and you don?t want to be embraced please be careful.

I always buy stuff from jd but this time i visited ilford branch i was trying shoes but suddenly a employee came to me and grab the shoes from my hand and said your making mess that was so rude and unexpected than i tried to complain the manager but manager also supported employees and he talked veery rudely he spoiled my mood i don?t know the name of manger but he hand cuffed his arm and had a teeth braces we will never visit jd again i sever in my life it?s worse branch

The worst customer service experienced from a JD.
I was looking for a size of shoes and they are least bothered at the same time a group of four or five flore guys chatting at the entrance. One guy is playing with his girlfriend. They are not even bothered that customers are around . Really unprofessional approach.
I compliant at the counter in a intention may me some manager will be there there is no result he is also part of them. They are not bothered about customers and sales.
