The customer service I received was excellent – the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. They took the time to listen to my needs, gave clear and useful advice, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left.

I had bought a kids shorts and t shirt set the next day I went back for a exchange for a bigger size as it was too small for my daughter the Asian boy manager refused to issue me a refund or exchange I had reported him to there head office but nothing was done about it so avoid this store they are bully’s

Attitude of the staff's at this branch stinks!! every single time I visit the branch. This needs to be looked at by the area manager. I have reported this place to tradings standard. Extremely careless and racist attitude towards customers. This needs to be dealt on a serious level.
