Never seem to know what they are doing. Phoned up chasing my deposit back to be told by a girl I don?t have one! Everyone on the phone seems confused apart from 1 man. Eventually my deposit was in my bank but they never called me to tell me. Very unprofessional. Glad I?m not with them anymore.
