I m not recommended at all. Someone was taking out 2000£ from my account over the counter. I don t know how is this possible and they didn?t help me at all, just transfer my call from one to another person and they don t do nothing. The worst bank ever.

They were closed for absolutely no good reason today (Monday) saying 'staff shortage so can't open due to covid'. The covid excuse is getting ridiculous at this stage and it's just becoming a way of stopping ordinary people from getting on with their lives and using the services that they need to use.

Staff are all great but this has happened to many times in this branch when putting money into my account always jams or spits back the money the amount of money this bank makes off the backs of poor people sickens me. They can't even be bothered to upgrade there machine to support creases (WHICH MONEY GETS WHEN IN CIRCULATION, COMMON KNOWLEDGE) and support new plastic notes. This isn't bad news for you when the machine it up and working taking a lot of work load off the desk.

They always say they are too busy , i was there to reset my online banking and that girl from the reception asked me to book it for monday .. it was saturday..it is the second Bad experience with thia branch

There is no wheelchair lift but very easy to go in and out of HSBC. across the road there are two bays for disabled parking.
