The price, promotions and quality of products are okay sometimes and could be a bit better (strictly my Personal opinion) . However I was always served by super customer friendly staff in the H&B Barkingside store. The staff has always been very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Even yesterday I was served by an amazing young lady - Ronnie - with a beautiful smile, caring & friendly attitude and patient assistance. Keep up the good work ??

I had a very unpleasant experience at Holland & Barrett. I went in to purchase some vitamins and supplements, but when I got to the till, the cashier insisted that I create an account before I could complete my purchase. I made it clear that I didn?t want to create an account, but she told me that without one, I wouldn?t be able to buy anything. This felt extremely pushy and made for a very frustrating shopping experience. I don?t think customers should be forced to sign up for accounts just to make a simple purchase. Definitely not the service I expected!

Very good locations and well stocked. BUT today I was extremely disappointed by an employee who tried to push me a product I didn't want, but he was annoyingly insistent. extremely rude behaviour?..

This shop is a joke......The service is poor......They have no idea about social distancing...I went in there today ...There was a man at the till taking ages....Instead of openning another till there was a member of staff running around bumping into people and not doing alot.....Shame on you .
