Well store has some wide options available and staff is very helpful. I was required to buy few things urgently and was did click and collect order and staff helped me to get it earliest.

Went into this store on the 19/06/25 in the afternoon and was served my this sales man and his service was terrible. Very unhelpful and said he didn?t have what I wanted. I eventually looked for it myself and found it. When I told him I found it he got very confrontational and loud. I was very concerned about the other customer around the shop as he was getting argumentative. I paid and left the shop straight away.

It's got a wide selection and occasionally good deals. However customer service is uncomfortable to say the least. H&B workers are usually very kind and friendly but the male server here is stand-offish and has a strange demeanor. Also prepare to be overly observed on your shop as security seems to follow you around here.

I like H&B a lot and I have purchased products from many different branches but the problem I faced only in this branch is that the security guard follows me and stares at me with a very suspicious look. This has happened twice. I will not visit this branch from now on

Hello lovely?s ?, I love Holland and Barrett, the banana chips are really great for snacking and great as part of a healthy lifestyle, i got these on the buy one get one half price which is a fantastical deal?, I do get the Vitabiotics fish oil from here which is great for vision and the heart, will come again ?

Staff is really nice & polite, they really upped their game since lockdown. I put this down to the manager, he is terrific. They're all really helpful.

Amazing experience as usual, went in today and had the best customer service I could ever ask for from Tuhin, he helped me find the suitable supplements and had no problems in answering any questions I had for him, amazing staff wish he does well and hope more staff are like him!
