Staff member quite literally refused to help me because there weren?t enough staff and she was by herself? I don?t understand why you would open the store (this was a few hours after opening) if you can?t even assist customers

A two floor store within Ilford shopping center.
Womens is on the lower of these floors with kids and men's on the upper floor.
Service is poor, I've been a couple of times and there has been a queue of around 30-45mins to get to a till. They only had one person on till each time I visited, for the size of the shop that was poor, not only that when customers started grumbling that their was only one manned till open they still didn't want to open up another till.

Pathetic customer by two staff members at cash counter.Customers are waiting in que for long and they are busy in sorting the return clothes.

The assistants at this H&M seem to find it appropriate to pull the dressing room curtain open without warning, then have the audacity to get mad at you and tell you that you have 3 minutes to try on your clothes even when there?s 30 minutes until the store closes

"I recently visited the H&M store in Ilford and had a fantastic shopping experience! The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, offering great customer service.

Item availability of 1209988007, showed available for size xxs and s in store ilford, went there spent time and money, 30minutes to find this item, ending up not finding it and wasting my time, don?t go there as it?s also hard to find staff that are willing to help as they are not allowed to leave their designated area. If I could I?d give 0 stars

Fitting rooms are closed so early by 6:20 pm and staff (may be manager )forced to finish and get off the shop. Rude and wasnt feel fit for a Brand like H &M

Dear H&M you should consider to train your stuff member before you put them on the shop floor. Absolute horrible service from the Ilford store.
It?s took me nearly one hour to collect my online order. First I waited 20 minutes on the 1st level till where the costumer ques are not bad but the 2 stuff member on the till are very slow and a middle age lady on the till behave like some one forced her to work Thera. After 20 minutes they send me 2nd floor till where I wait another 15 minute then they send me the locker near mans section.
And finally the locker not even worked so I need to back again the 2nd floor till wait another 15 units to speak to someone where the stuff member asked me to write all my order details and another 10/15 multis later she bring my parcel.
Absolutely joke.

Really bad experience.....When me and my husband visited today, We gone to the changing room when we were at the front there were no staff at the front and there was already a male Customer standing over there...Me and my husband were inside a room with calmly and peacefully properly closed curtains...A lady staff with a red ID card came with a security..They could have calmly talk with my husband but very rudely said to go out...
Even at the time my husband going out silently.They were loudly saying that " He should have common sense" Very humiliating it was..
If the staff do really care she should not roam around rather than staying front of the changing room....Will never come again..will inform everybody whom I know about this....
I will obviously take this to consumer court and ADP.
