I had an issue with my bank card. It was stolen and I wanted to cancel it and report you for fraud and I called up Halifax bank and spoke to you. Andy and Andy was very helpful and was very clear and had a lot of patience with me and helped me resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend Halifax to people because of Andy.

£640 missing from my account.
Tried to withdraw it on 16 May 2025 at PO Gordon Rd (where customer service just as abysmal).
I have since been directed between the two - PO says problem is bank as chip/ pin transaction; bank says it?s PO responsibility as ?over the counter? transaction. Passed to ?Fraud? ?ATM? teams to no avail.
I have now written to the financial ombudsman.

If I could give no stars I would. I put money into my account but was given less than I put in. After asking one of the workers, he rudely shifted the blame on me.

Long waiting time. Asian lady on the front desk 18th November 2024 at 9:20 not good customer service but I don't have problem with that as she probably just having a bad day but really don't like the waiting time hence I use my other bank 99% of the time
