Went to get lunch, definitely a Greggaholic but this place was the pits! Greggs this is an embarrassment.
Food served to me in a dirty bag, very little on the shelves to choose that?s because this store gets robbed a lot, so the staff said. Talking to the staff I couldn?t understand what they were saying!
Assistant made a mistake at the till, £2 over! I asked for them to recount assistant had put the drink in twice!
Definitely will not be using this store again.
Incidentally I went to the new store at Waltham Cross Herts. Fantastic service, fantastic staff, very enjoyable experience.
Ilford could learn a lot from this store.

I usually visit this Greggs regularly and have a good experience, but today was completely different. I encountered the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff member. Every time I tried to place my order, she was distracted and focused on her tablet. When I asked her a question, she repeatedly said she didn?t know, and her tone was very rude. I also tried to inquire further, but it seemed like she didn?t understand anything I was asking.
I believe employees like this need more training. Normally, the staff here are very kind and helpful, which is why I visit often. However, this time the service was so disappointing that I left without ordering anything. Truly unacceptable.and disgusting service.

Rude customer service, rude staff, not polite, Stratford greggs and the greggs near ilford station have very good customer service and nice staff.

Worst service and most of the time their card payment and greggs app are not working. They say if you scan the greggs app their system will collapse . It's not a instance and happens many times and today as well. I thinking to uninstall the gregg's app.

We had a bad experience. The lady dropped the food on the floor and used the same box to put 2 chicken strips back , she forgot to add the coffee and when we told her she charged extra for coffee but it was with our meal deals . Don't recommend

Food is as good in any other Gregg's but member of staff very inspirational, rude and unhelpful.
They refused to mix two tyes of donuts in the same little bag..when l told them why they did it last week. The lady said to me " if you are not happy with my sevice l can send you another person to serve you" but she also added " I will not serve you ever again"
This is just appalling this is why l am not getting anything else from this shop in particular.
They should prove customer service skills before working in a food place
