I bought a new laptop from Gadcet. Due to a technical difficulty I was unable to buy it online so bought it through the store directly. Mo and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient and provided great communication through the process and my new laptop was delivered to Birmingham within 1 working day with a priority delivery. With a great price and 1 year warranty as well I'd highly recommend Gadcet!

I have had numerous run ins with O2 as a provider, charging me extra for my telephone. Everytime I try to cancel there seems to be lots of hurdles to have to go through. The local gadget shop assisted me in cancelling with O2, also they have had my number transferred to EE. Rather than paying £40 a month to O2, I purchased a brand new phone from Gadcet Barkingside and went with EE. My annual saving will be close to £200. Thanks Gadcet.

the customer service is shocking! and when they was hearing stuff they don't like as I clearly hit a nerve where it was true, tried acting all the biggen until I offered them out to which they couldn't hide quicker! stay away

Biggest waste of money in here ever and worst customer service ever, purchased a headset for £70 when it was sold for £25 pound online BRAND NEW & not second hand. When I take back they give me store credit voucher which was written on a piece of paper seen as the shop is so back dated and over priced stock, I?m not surprised they couldn?t pay to fix there machine so I was given a legitimate in store credit note. As for the plastic btec gangsters that work behind the till coming across like they?re hard as nails but the truth is they are rejects that can?t get a proper job.
