not so welcoming ? they have 1 girl to haircut and 1 in the till wich not doing nothing and I have to wait 40 min until I can get my haircut . I recomand to have 2 hair stylest on duty and if you have 2 client and its not busy to fhinish them early work together. or keep 1 for the ladies because take more time to be done and 1 for men we stai and waiting to 1h for a haircut really . never come back in here . now I see why they don't have customers ? Also they ask for appointment for what you have 10 customers all day long . and waayy too much for a man haircut really 15£ for what a simply haircut sort on side and little from top in 15 -20 min it's done

Way over priced for womens and babies hair. Charged £12 for baby hair trim and a dry cut at £25 for women dry cut. Absolute rip off, would not recommend at all...go to well known RUSH or Toni Guy.

Utterly awful service. Very serious faces, no welcoming, no hi no nothing. The girl was careless and barely spoke to me, I tried to explain in English what cut I wanted and she replied in Romanian with an annoyed tone. I felt miserable after I left, as if I did them wrong to be their client. Way overpriced for the service provided. Never again
