Found wanted item price online, Wasim answered and confirmed that I can collect it immediately. Everything explained clearly + received 5 years warranty for Samsung device, because they are Samsung distributors.They offer competitive prices too!Highly recommended!

Worst company ever!!!! I would not even give them 1star. I ordered a fridge freezer which arrived damaged and told the delivery company who took photos and said they would report it. I also contacted them myself and was told I would be contacted for an uplift of the appliance, 11 days passed and no contact. I called and asked to speak with a manager at least 5 times before I got a call back.l, When the manager (RAVI) called me back he was very rude raising his voice at me saying I had turned the appliance on so it was now my problem. I have a sick mother who stayed with me on day 10 of this incident so yes I had to store her medication in the fridge for a few hours. I explained to him I am an NHS worker so most of my meals I eat at work so didn?t use the fridge until my mother came over. He told me it?s not his problem. Do not order from this company it seems they sell damaged goods and are fully aware that?s why they do not want to replace or refund.

Don't believe the 5 year guarantee.RGB direct say contact Samsung and Samsung say contact RGB direct.Meanwhile I'm stuck with no TV which cost £700.

Got my New Sony TV @ Best Retail Price possible (-30% RRP).Delivery was done within 24 hours with no issues!Registered my 5 year warranty with Sony easily.People forget that these type of dealings are sole buyers responsibility and should be dealt with Manufacturers directly.Will choose them again.

I bought a Samsung TV direct from the store after seeing it at a good price on line. I parked right outside the doors and picked it up. It couldn't of been easier. I dealt with Jaz in the store and on the phone who was very helpful.If I had to be critical the store looked like a bombsite with random TV boxes and other stuff scattered around here and there. Maybe I just turned up at the wrong time but it made the store look a bit unprofessional.

Absolute shambles! Ordered a fridge freezer and they failed to deliver on the agreed day, leaving an elderly lady without a fridge! Customer service useless in explaining why we had zero communication from them, problems happen apparently! ????

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!Terrible customer service bought fridge developed fault within 20 days. They Keep trying to pass the buck on to manufacturer even though they sold us the fridge. Awful customer service but elsewhere wish we did

1 star is too good for them I would rate them minus 10. Do not purchase from this company they lack integrity and do not care about customer service. They have lost a customer for life. Better off going to John Lewis. A real let down to the high street.I purchased a TV for delivery. The driver cancelled the delivery twice while I was at home without bothering to turn up. I no longer want it because of their poor service and they refuse to refund me until they receive the TV which was never delivered to me. Outrageous why should I have to wait for a refund for a product I?ve never received.None of their systems allow any feedback from the customer they don?t answer phones and you can?t reply to their emails.

Sold me an item that was not in stock and not due to be in stock for a long time.This was after I signed up to their finance agreement and they kept me waiting without any update.Researching and buying this product has been a complete waste of time and I would recommend that you use a more reputable company.

Tricky pricing with discounts. Worst commerce experience in years!Today I saw a product on the RGB Direct website with an advertised additional promotional discount; the product was in stock so I Called to buy over the phone.The first colleague I spoke to saw the promotion whist I was on the call with me then hung up on me mid call to investigate with the web team. We team immediately removed the promotion within seconds. I called back and spoke to another CS agent who confirmed the price was an error and that IT removed it and ?that these things happen? and they would not honour the advertised price or promotion (even though I screenshot it and emailed it to them, which the confirmed)Called the Woodford store and spoke to a challenging member of staff that basically wasn?t helpful nor took my complaint seriously, just iterating that the set is already cheap.My complaint is that ethically as a business you shouldn?t behave the way you did with me. Seeing an internal promotion ?error?, removing it mid call, hanging up on me then saying sorry it is what it is. At minimum I should have been apologised to and price offered, then error fixed for other customers. RGB has behaved unethically and tricky with their offers and against adverting standards for consumers. My advice to potential customers, prices may be lower but sales and aftercare questionable. I think I?ve had a lucky escape

Purchased TV from RGB Direct. They are not answering the phone now. Sent back as arrived with smashed screen. They won't reply to any emails. They've taken my money and no news on refund. Disgusting service level. Give me my money back. Initiated contact with credit card company to dispute the payment now as the TV was collected over a week ago and they will not reply and totally unprofessional or very very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs ordering online, especially a big TV that might get bashed around in transit
