I have been to this euro exchange before definitely the worst exchange I've ever seen around the town. Not worth it to try it once this branch at all trash customer service plus too many unnecessary questions!

Today I visited that place to exchange some Pounds into Us Dollars and, I tried to exchange the money. First I forgot my Id she sent me back she said I only need your id that's it after 40 mins I went back to her to give her my id and, she said you have to give me proof of your work!! Are you investigating me or what? Do you think you're police? Why should I prove that I told her I'm working I can show you my pay slip though my cell phone "PDF" she said no you have to bring paper work which is unacceptable to ask those things only to exchange some money. I definitely do not recommend this place to exchange your money there, I wish I could give them zero stars for their bad customer service and uneducated staff members.

Best rate and very friendly staff. All you need to do is smile and allow them to do their magic. A big shout out to Vahini and Ram who served me and were excellent in providing top level customer service. Thumbs up.

I am happy with the reliable and efficient service. However, I would have given a higher rating if the agent at the desk had offered to check the amount exchanged and if the notes were in a better state. Instead I had to count it myself and also found that the notes looked quite old.
