Ordered superglue for pickup.
Went to store few times over next few days. Long queues and one person dealing with customers.
Finally found a day with a short queue. Paid. Then had 10 min wait while the item was brought from the stockroom.
Poor experience. Organisation needs to be hugely improved.

Absolutely awful service, today Saturday 12th July. When I got to Woodford to collect a fan I ordered there were customers waiting but no one was at the desk. Waited quite a while before calling for someone to come out. When someone did he said 'is there no one serving here?' Eventually someone came out but the service was slow. Eventually got served but it took almost 15 minutes to get my order brought out. The guy serving at the desk had a could not careless attitude when I asked where my order was he said they are looking for it, it's a big warehouse. This is not good customer service, and I will certainly not shop here again.

Since Euro car parts bought GSF car parts, their parts prices hit the roof. Same with GSF
Parts can be bought 50-70% cheaper from portals/sites like AutoDoc and AMF parts

Very slow service i mean unbelievable slow came in to purchase jump leads and its been 40mins waiting and when asked why its taking so long they reply it's Saturday we are busy yet they've only had 4-5 customers since i have ordered

Good prices but the queue is too long. I ordered through click and collect bit had to wait half an hour. Trying to return my product in a different branch and they can't do it without the paper invoice. What year is this, 2025?
