took a watch in for a clean and an extra link to be added , although had lost one of link screws , they kept me updated and sourced a link screw, took a week but was not an easy fix , very reasonable fee , have used this shop many times and its nice to support a small business like this one , a dying breed . thank you .

Visited here recently to ask for a piece of jewellery to be cleaned and a new chain to go with it. Staff member was helpful, Knowles & patient. Prices were reasonable too! Recommended.
