Went today to look for a new bed and James and Pam were very helpful in assisting us with finding the right bed for us. They were friendly and answered all of our question that we had. Overall it was a great experience and James helped us to get the best deal for our budget. Many thanks to the great staff who are excellent at their job!!

Yesterday we were given excellent service and information about the beds and mattresses by Pramjit. She was very helpful and kind and welcoming, and aided us in buying the beds that suited us most. I highly recommend this place for great prices and great customer service, especially by Pramjit.

Today Saturday May 10, 2025 at 11:28 my travelling to this branch of Dreams in Ilford was an adventure in itself?.by way or train and bus brought me directly to the Store . I was immediately greeted by Ayesha, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Being introduced to the new technology which registered possible mattress designs to suit my individual needs I was encouraged to test a variety of options. There was no rush to this experience, just gentle patience and understanding of my financial restraints. Once the decision was made I was offered tea or coffee before leaving content with my purchase.
I offer my thanks to the staff for such a positive experience.

Great service at this store today. I was served by Ayesha and Pam. They helped me find the perfect king sized mattress. They even made us a nice hot drink.

5 star service from the Ilford store at point of sale - James went the extra mile in looking after us and finding us the right mattress, and we purchased one at a good price in the sale. Organised a delivery in a few weeks and the mattress arrived as expected. 2 stars is for Dreams CS which still haven't delivered a pack of pillows that I ordered at the same time! For this alone, I learned my lesson and will never be using them for any bedding or accessories in the future.
