PLEASE always CHECK your pizzas before the driver goes. I ordered 2 pizzas and I paid extra to add burger sauce on both pizzas. And they was no sauce on them. Also the pizzas weren?t like how they?re usually are.
Really annoyed at the service.

I ordered the pizza in the store and I was waiting for the pizza to be ready but nobody called me to collect the pizza and very good I asked if my pizza was ready but was ready colder.

This weekend it was 50% off. First my order was delivered incomplete - the driver had to return to collect the other two pizzas! They assured me on the phone the pizza will be redone and hot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The balance of the order arrived burnt like a biscuit. It was crust and pepperoni as the cheese had disintegrated! I am guessing it wasn?t freshly made but put back through the oven. Shameless!
It was a Big Fight night - I had to order from another restaurant to feed the guests!
If Dominos cannot cope with the pressure of 50% off promotions - don?t offer them.
Won?t use again - it?s a shame there isn?t a 0 star!

If you don't have the capacity to prepare and deliver food within the given time, why are you accepting orders? Why can't you inform customers upfront if there will be a delay? Why do you accept orders and falsely indicate on the app that the food is out for delivery, making someone wait for hours? Why can't your employees be polite? How can you ask a customer to come and check the screen and collect the order themselves? Do your employees even understand the meaning of delivery?

**** The person on the phone was abusive and rude****
I ordered food today, and the status showed it was on the way for delivery, but it never arrived. When I called the restaurant, they told me it would take another 30 minutes despite the status indicating it was out for delivery. When I asked why, they responded with abusive language and suggested I either come to the shop to pick up the order or wait an additional 30 minutes. I'm unsure how it is justified to ask me to collect the order myself when I specifically ordered for delivery.

Awful don?t even think about ordering there, got my wrong order called and complained worker kept putting the phone down, lack of understanding, lack of respect. It?s not worth it

The taste is not the same no more the last few times I have ordered. The base tomato sauce is too strong. Has a sour/tangy taste.
