“I feel the surgery is really good and the staff and drs are helpful and kind and always try their best to help patients. I do feel some patients need to give them a break and understand the staff are trying to help and shouldn’t abuse or shout or swear at them. The patients that do that need to understand it’s not easy like any other job and also treat staff and drs the way they expect to be treated themselves with respect and not to demand things. Receptionists like Leanne, Rachel, kuldip, jane, Nicola, jas, bal and Neela have always tried their best when I have rung or come in they are most helpful, friendly, professional and pleasant people amongst the other receptionists and drs.”
