They always sound rude and annoyed. They never answer the phone. Inside the store you?re ignored by 5 staff members. When they actually can be bothered to serve you they are sooo sloooow and don?t seem to be aware of their own products or how the till works, plus they all seem to be asleep on their feet. This is my experience in all branches of this pharmacy.

Avoid this chemist. They use poor quality medication by a poor quality supplier ( Relon Chem) whenever you go back to them with a complaint of ineffective or faulty medication they just fob you off and never help and deny everything

No stars deserved for this pharmacy, but the system only allows me to write the review with a star. I was about to buy doctor's prescribed medicine. The pharmacist refused to give the medicine through the prescription ?? and told me its only available over the counter. In the matter of urgency i bought it for £21.99 , but I found out later it cost only £14.95. I went back and asked for a refund, they refused to refund it. I feel, It is not a Day Lewis Pharmacy, it is a Day light robbery pharmacy . My £7 robbed by this people. My very bad experience with this pharmacy. DO NOT BE A VICTIM LIKE ME PLEASE.
