There are 2 older haters who are always forcing me to buy something more than 2£. For example if I need just water in the morning i have to go to a different area to buy it because they won't sell only water they want me to buy some chocolate or other poison. But the younger guys don't do that.

I found from beginning Their caster service is very bad.
Yesterday (9/8/24 at 21:40) it was very bad experience. I took very small pieces of fresh ginger it?s definitely less than 50 gm. I thought it about 30/40 pence. When I go to the counter they guy in the counter weight it with his hand and tell me £1.40. I was astonished. I asked how much the price? He said, do you want to buy 1 kilo with very bad body expression. When I repeated, he said £5.00 a kilo. I request him to weight it. Then he refuse me to weight. When I give him pressure, he weight (from hiding scale) and tell me 80p. Still it not believable. I?m going to pay him, but his expression is extreme bad.
Management should give training customer service to the cashier.

Everytime i go there they charge extra. And they said they gonna charge me extra 30p for card payment and when i paid they charged me 50p and when i asked he said this is the price. Why they told the wrong price and increase price everytime. Going to complaint about their shop. Rubbish service. very inexperienced staff

Keep an eye on what they charge you when using a card - they added a £1 to my purchases last week! And the till display is conveniently somewhat obscured by a rack of chewing gum...

Customers sending packages has no priority when there is a que of customers buying items.They don't believe in first come first serve.Then you are instructed to put your parcel in a box near the back of the shop where anyone can take the packages.I will follow the rude man's advice and go somewhere else.

Went to pick up parcel. The machine "wasn't working" .. I suspect because I had arrived initially just before closing time .. "come back tomorrow, it will work then" funny that .. anyway, got what I came for and left
