I just use the store for sending parcels. Sometimes their machine doesn't work and you get frustrated as you have carry your parcel back home. Worse, their tel number is a BT call minder which doesn't get answered so you can't call them!

Alert????Big scammer all of them. They scam people by charging wrong prices. All other reviews are true.many times with different parson scam me, 1 day i report them they told me it?s by mistake but maximum time they do that. Everyone be alert with price when you buy something from this shop. Shame on you guys..

I have been utilising their service for Evri drop-offs for about a month now. Today, I was taken aback when a young employee at the counter informed me of an issue with the Evri collection and suggested I go to Londis, a five-minute drive away. Unfortunately, this employee lacked customer service skills, which was disappointing. Although I understand that third-party involvement can sometimes affect service quality, it is unacceptable to be treated poorly. After this experience, I have decided not to return to this business.

I am disappointed. I have used their parcel shop many times to deliver or return parcels to Amazon or Evri and not had any major issues.
More recently, my parcel containing great network routers has gone missing. The evri status does not provide a status beyond the parcel shop has got my item and that was 10 days ago.
I am not implying that someone is pinching other peoples parcels from this place.
I have seen myself. Parcels are not securely kept. Customers are asked to dump their parcels on a trolley or bag, where all other parcels are kept. There is no control, oversight, and/or security over the parcels, and if someone is pinching existing parcels.
This has caused a financial loss
I do like the owner. But he was not helpful at all. He does not think it's his problem. ?

I'm really disappointed at behaviour of an old man may be owner or worker. He is so rude to customers like dealing his untrained subordinates or what. Anger and proud on his face looks horrible. At least show some respect as a human being. Strongly recomend to never visit this place to meet such people.
