Very poor working conditions for staff. I could see they have to run up and down to get the sizes and there's no lift. It was a very hot day and I was told there's no fan even upstairs.

Very bad experience in this store. I tried to make a return today. Was less than 14 days today and a manager Sanjoy or something like this was very rude with me. He said I should come tomorrow again because I told him I wear it for less than 1 hour in my house to see how are, and the black colour printed on my skin. And he can t help me with the return and I should come back tomorrow when is coming another manager. He didn?t even want to listen to me. Very rasist!!!!

I've always had the best experience in this store, the staff has always went out of there way to help! Well the all changed today, a new guy Yusuf the most unhelpful person I have ever came in contact with in clarks, I basically had to do his job .ie measures the shoes on my daughter's feet! Well that didn't last to long asci ended up walking out!!!

I ordered a pair of boots in the Ilford Clark?s shop which was delivered to my house. I went to return the boots a day later after delivery because it didn?t fit well and was told by the shop staff they couldn?t refund my money because the head office hadn?t completed the sale. Amrit said she will call head office but couldn?t get through after waiting over half hour I was late for an appointment and left the shop. I left the pair of boots that I bought with Amrit as I couldn?t keep returning to the shop and she said she will sort it out for me. After I left the shop Amrit called me to say she couldn?t process the refund because head office staff said they would need to speak to me and will call me. After 2 whole days after returning the boots I still have not received a call from head office and still my refund hasn?t been processed. What should have been a 5 minute process to refund my money is now taking days and I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with Clark?s to the point I won?t shop with them any longer. I was a regular customer but not anymore. This has given me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience with Clarks Ilford! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Mr. Sanjoy was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, providing personalized attention and ensuring everything fit perfectly. It?s rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. I recently purchased a pair of Clarks shoes, expecting the usual comfort and quality. However, after wearing them, I experienced extreme pain. I was disappointed that when I reached out for assistance, I wasn?t offered a return or exchange?only sympathy. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my view of Clarks, and I can no longer recommend their shoes. It?s unfortunate to see a brand I once trusted let me down in this way.

I love Clark?s shoes very nice very comfortable little expensive but worth able and especially Clark?s Ilford rasheeda very very nice lady she is speechless her behaviour very impressive you deserve not only ( star you deserve more then 5 ?????????????????????
