Aqsa was amazing she pierced my 10 month old babies earrings so quickly and she was so informative! She was so lovely and warm would highly recommend her if your getting your little ones ears pierced. She knows what shes doing!

AVOID!!! Totally misleading and not transparent. My son walked into Claire's and asked for the cheapest single piercing, which he was told would be £17 for a 3mm silver ball. Upon inspecting the receipt, we find he was charged £10 for the actual piercing and a further £7 for a Lotion which he never asked for and was not told about! Totally take advantage of youngsters! Go to a proper piercing place if you want to save money! On a positive note, the piercer was friendly (if not transparent)

I went to the Illford Claire piercing and I was attended by Aqsa Rehan, a very nice young lady. She was patient and polite and the piercing went smoothly.

Went to get my daughters ears pierced last year! and the next day both earrings had completely fallen out and could not get the earings back in. We went in and wasnt even offered the option to re-pierce at a later date or a refund. Was told there is no customer service number to call. Can only send an email & they would resolve things. Most stores can process a refund there and then especially since the same person remembered us from the day before.
After MONTHS of chasing them and them taking weeks to reply to each email we were told we would get a refund. It's been over 6months and not only has there been no refund, they have completely stopped responding. My daughters ear even got infected after using the product they gave and took months to heal.

I went to get my ear pierced, as one was not aligned like the other, and both Aqsa and Nasima, were really friendly, approachable, and the piercing went smoothly. I was explained on how to take care of my piercing, with the solution provided, which was extremely helpful, so thank you!

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. As soon as we entered, we were immediately treated with suspicion. An employee, an Asian-looking lady, left her till and started following us around the store, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable. This behavior was both intrusive and unnecessary, especially given the number of security cameras in the store. When I confronted her, her white colleague, who was now at the till, defended her actions, claiming it was ?her job.?
If their concern is really about the security of their overpriced items, they should consider selling online instead. Shopping in person is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but this store made it anything but. If you?re looking for a pleasant shopping experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
To top it off, when I walked past the shop later, the same Asian lady looked at me and said, ?What!!? I mean, what on earth is wrong with them?

Sometime we do go to Ilford exchange to do some shopping and see what type of items or collection there have and I really enjoyed going out to Ilford exchange mall
