during the rental period the house was sold and the respective landlord changed...now under the cover of a landlord, my deposit is not returned because the landlord does not accept negotiations with the investments made in the house,you only know how to deduct profit.but under what conditions I took the property and how I left it is a very big difference it looks tens of times better and neater.and the discussions with Kelvin and Akeel are no longer valid because you replaced them with other people.anyway, I hope I don't end up in the same lane soon .I already have experience .I hope others don't have such experiences

I have been trying to make contact with someone at this agency for two days, no-one picks up the phone, replies to a voice message or email! Looking to rent a property being advertised - if it's yours you may want to consider another agent!

Terrible customer service, they don?t even bother picking up the phone. I enquired about a flat and they gave me a fake email, tried to call them up about it and left countless of voicemails and they haven?t even bothered to call back.

Unfortunately a bad experience which will make me homeless in a few days. I would suggest anyone that leaves a holding deposit so MAKE SURE they get a signed contract as soon as possible after paying the holding deposit. I passed all referencing and my holding deposit was held for a month with no signs of receiving a contract. I was told to pay by a certain date and no contract would be signed without payment. I emailed them saying i am happy to pay as soon as I receive the contract. On the day I was supposed to pay. They call me as the landlord has supposedly withdrawn letting her property out to me.This is very bad practise and I would suggest if you do decide to rent a property from Charleson - get a signed contract as soon as you can. Within 15 days of paying your holding deposit.Anyway due to this. My current tenancy is running out and I was supposed to move into my new place in a few days until the landlord ?decided? to back out.
