The store has an opening hours policy saying it closes at 17:30pm. I tried to walk in at 17:25 and the store manager sold me the store was shut. Even though there was still 5mins left of the trading hours. Really bad customer services. I surely will not be coming here any more.

5* service I have bought balloons and left them to day I need , I was offered a day which day and time I will collect . Amazing service , I just came and collected. Thank you very much

Ilford Card Factory - Staff are very rude. Went in today 16/5/24, there was no price on toy, asked at till for price " the price is there, can't you read" unnecessary rudeness. Not going in there again. Amazon from now on.

Found what I was looking for in the end but the staff just seem so unhappy working there and as if you?ve done something to them when you ask a simple question. Yes, I would say they are racist a bit like other comments here. The treatment you get depends on whether you?re white or not. I have never seen anyone from the ethnic minority being employed by this Card Factory or any other actually to be honest - weird that isn?t it?I don?t understand these English White peoples mentality. You?re in Ilford. Not old Canning Town or Dagenham. The majority of your customer base are South Asian. Get a grip and start respecting people or move off elsewhere.
