A very nice older man helped get my bags of donated clothes from my car today and thanked me. I have, on every occasion that I have donated been thanked which is always a bonus. Appreciation goes a very long way.I did not go in the shop today.

Lovely Shop went there yesterday Wednesday 23rd Feb 2022 like 3pm found books I was interested cause went St Francis down the road was packed shelves were All over the place like books falling etc but this store prefect well organized and books 2for£1 Same as would come again when I?m finished with the books

Rude staff, mask bullies, zero compassion and understanding.Entering into the store i've been asked to wear a mask in a very rude manner. When told the woman i'm exempt, she asked for my exemption card saying is her right to ask for it. Obviously her colleagues jumped on me worst than lions on a deer. I would have expected more understanding, kindness and compassion from an elderly person, taking in consideration more life experience. Unfortunately was not the case.Very disappointed, specially because my donations are coming in a regular basis for this store.

All the staff and manager (Lady) I am not sure what her name is all I know everyone in this store are very rude, the store is so untidy, No customer services in 0%. I would not come in here to shop. The manager shouts at all her staff she is not a peoples person, She is very rude allt the customers as well. I dont recommend this store to anyone. I wouldm't give them any stars. They need to learn how to talk to others.

Very nice place to get dresses, jackets and other accessories. Great charity shop. Would love to visit them again.I have bought twice from them and always like their collection. There are more choices for women than men.

This store used to be value for money but as of recent it has become a place modelling other high street store prices things are not reasonably priced anymore that fits a model of a charity if they really want to collect more for the charity they should first start cutting down on paid staff usually managers and deputy managers. Time The Charity Retail Association stepped in and started regulating all these high street charities bit more strictly as they all are usually turning out to be ripoffs.
