The delivery man brought a sofa i bought and couldn't try it at all but yet he said the sofa cannot fit my door and he returned it, i went back for an exchange they requested i paid another delivery fee of 45 pounds, this is ridiculous, there is 1 white guy at the shop who treats black differently, he doesn't want to help in anything that a black person have seen over there, one guy from the shop asked him to help him bring the sofa down he said he can't do it,this is really bad

I made an order. It had to delivered on Monday. But it wasn?t. On Tuesday delivery man said he called me twice and then went to my door, knocked and without any response left. I didn?t receive calls yesterday! I was home at that time with my son and we didn?t hear anything! Now they request me to come to their center to make new delivery and pay again!!

This is a Con shop..Not a charity shop. These guys are selling furniture at higher price than what you will get in normal furniture shops...the sales guys are not interested in selling and are very rudeI was looking for a study table and 2 chairs...I spoke to a lady who has typical South Asian features...she was trying to sell a couple of 'New' items which were old(used multiple times) and the price quoted was exorbitant....That lady was totally disinterested and unwilling to help me outPATHETIC SERVICE

Has an awful experience. The delivery people was very disrespectful and mannerless to treat the customer. Store doesn?t provide enough info before delivery.I wont recommend anyone to go in there??

Very poor service from this branch at least and very bad handling of queries. We were scheduled to have a monday delivery (12-6pm) so we have taken holiday off work to wait for delivery but nobody came. No phone calls had been made to us to inform that the delivery is delayed cancelled.Fast forward to today, took 2hours to get a hold of someone and when I was trying to kindly explain my situation, the lady that answered was defensive and particularly rude when I simply was trying to say our availability in case the delivery comes today.We're now told to wait until tomorrow for a call regarding re-delivery. Simply surprising and appalling especially for a charitable foundation. Just a heads up of the issues you may have to deal with.I just want to clarify that it's just this particular branch and experience, I've had good experience with other BHF branches in london. As much we love donating to a good cause, some experiences need to be addressed for improvement.

Super poor service from delivery guy! Very poor! Super poor! Very much disappointed! We bought from your store to help out but your delivery man was soooooo rude! Very rude! Help him out! He has a problem! Delivery guy?s performance will reflect the whole foundation! You need to do something! Take cate of your customers y?know! Super poor service! Very poor. Disappointing to the highest level!

I am absolutely appalled at the poor service from British heart foundation. I know it is a charity but when I as a customer was willing to provide two cabin beds that would have been perfect for a family in need. I do not expect to receive this type of treatment. I originally booked collection online for 13th September, only to he told this wasn't possible and have had to contend with 2 dismantled beds lying in my garden until today 2nd October between 7am and 2pm. I emailed yesterday to say that one bed has been given away and only one was left to collect, and no response. I called today could not get through all day. I had no phone call or email to say this collection was cancelled and have waited all day with no collection. This bed that could have gone to a family in need will now end up at the tip! Which totally defeats the purpose of having charities in the first place!

not the best but good in a pinch. The prices are quite high, staff is unfriendly but not rude and the deliveries take forever.

Tried to arrange a collection via online form. Unfortunately nobody got back after 3 days. I then had to call anyway and book, which makes the online form obsolete. Eventually when I did get through I was received by personnel who really need to work on their customer service skills.I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to get through to confirm items on the collection list but once again it was met by abrupt and rude assistants that have been anything but helpful. What a shame seeing as the intention was to give to a charity out of good will.

Very well priced with great customer service. Over the last couple of years, since i moved in this area with my family, i have been buying stuff from BHF especially for my study, and found their price, quality and customer service very good. When i went there last time, there was hardly any staff, at least on the floor, just one tiny asian girl, who gave us and other customers her full attention and helped me decide between furniture, she was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but she kept her cool and managed everyone pretty well, we were impressed. This BHF has very good, sturdy furniture and staff are always keen to help. I am planning to buy a study table that i saw before the lock down and i really hope i can still get it when it is all finished.

Never Donate items to this store.a. They want brand new itemsb. The driver will always zoom the area where there is a minor scratchc. in my case they said there is a piece missing, which i convinced them its not, i could have shown atleast 50 beds of the same structure in the same building.They are very choosy. Please dont bother them disturbing. Better donate it to Redbridge Bulky waste collection
