Really bad service, cashiers are really rude and don?t listenHad to wait 30 minutes for a regular prescription, when I went to find out why my prescription was taking so long they fished out my request from the rubbish pile and didn?t even apologise for making me wait and not putting my order through

Would actually give zero stars if I could.Need friendly and sensitive staff. Took my daughter to have her first vaccine today,I actually didn?t know they don?t vaccinate under 15?s yet. At the door was an elderly lady who scared the living daylights out of my daughter. She lacks people skills and barks rather than offering reassuring words. Won?t be going there again for sure.

Always very friendly and helpful. Always get dealt with extremely quick and caters to a number of different services such as vaccination, daily pick up medication and also do heart rate monitoring etc.

Britannia pharmacy used to be a decent place but is fast becoming is a disgrace to the community. They do not speak to you like a human being but rather quote their lame policies which you are supposed to accept without question whilst they blatantly ignore consumer rights. I heard they refused to change a product for a lady once she walked out of the door with it ? even though she had bought it just then.A similar thing happened to me: I bought something and realised when I got home that it was the wrong one. I didn't have time to go back but when I did, 3 days later they told me they were not 'allowed' to accept a return because it was a 'medicine'! (which it was not) - It was sealed and exactly as I bought it; new and unused. They said: "If you bought it back o the day we would have refunded you" really??? So 3 days somehow changes their policy?!After protesting my rights with the apprentices who just stared at me with blank faces and kept repeating the same company generated sentence; one of the older girls came out and pointed to a small printed 'policy' stuck to the bottom of the counter. How dare I cause a scene? I should bow my head and obey without question to their policy maker. By this time, it was clear they just wanted to get rid of me asap. People like this do not deserve to be in the 'healthcare? industry because there is no ?caring? present.No doubt the response to this will be another company generated comment, like this one: "It is company policy not to do refunds in the interests of health and safety" - but when a product is sealed and brand new, there is no threat to health or safety. However, any discussion about this on a personal basis is strictly prohibited in the interests of censorship of your opinion and rights. It could actually be considered as a kind of abuse towards the customer who is often bullied into submission by ?policies?. The conclusion: No ?healthcare? here!

Brilliant Walk in service for jabs. I happen to be in the area and got my flu and covid booster shot both on the same day without any hassle or appointment. Staff very helpful and Shanjika the vaccinator was very efficient, courteous and answered all my questions in a professional and amicable manner. Well done and Thank you Britannia Pharmacy for a good and efficient service?

Absolutely disgusting service. Always late with my elderly mothers repeat prescriptions. Most recent experience was antibiotics for chest infection sent direct to pharmacy on visit to gp, 4days later still nothing so go to pharmacy to chase to be told don't have item, I said its been 4days antibiotics are for infection usually someone is quite unwell yet no phone call ro advise nothing, I get told you should have come to chase it!!!!! How dare she, customer service manager she is NOT!!! NO MANNERS, RUDE, I told her I have novovirus so been in bed for days and told not their problem! Disgusting, told to go somewhere else! I have removed my elderly mum and das from their prescriptions service!!! DO NOT USE
