They didn?t do billing in correct ways they do double billing on each item when asking giving wrong info so scam worst staff they didn?t follow up even it?s clearly written in bill but they deny #britania pharmacy

Went in to get a appointment because I spent over 2 hours on hold over 3 days. They still told me no appointments. I asked for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy the young lady said she sent it, I went in to pharmacy they said its not there another young lady told me she will do it but I should wait, she will get gp to sign it. I waited 20+ min in her eye view she didn't call me over, so I went to her for her to tell me, I had to wait 2 days , I asked her why didn't she call me over all she could say was sorry. Anyways a week later checked my post box and I had a ticket from their car park saying I over stayed after I waiting in there 1 hour because of them for no reason.Even called 111 and they said the will send my information over to gp to get blood test done I still havnt heard from them. I been having headache over 3 weeks now.

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff and manager is more interested in dispensing fee rather than patient care and customer service. Staff is experienced in giving excuses and advice that is not in patient interest.

I really want to say thank you to the young gentleman ( had a trainee badge on) for actually listening and providing exactly what I needed for my conditionI was so happy someone actually toke time to help and he was extremely nice.Thank you, we need more people like yourself!

The weekend hours are really poor for working people and they keep changing. They close at 1:00pm on a Saturday and then are closed till Monday. The sign says 9:00 but I've been to collect a prescription then and they weren't open. Frustrating since I seem unable to get my prescriptions moved.

Very poor service and rude staff. I?ve worked there for one week. I was so patient to work for only 1week. The staffs were so toxic and I caught them many times they?re gossiping about me and I didn?t say nothing. That time I was working on NHS part-time job but I didn?t tell anyone. I was playing the dumb one. All I?m gonna say is spread love and be friendly the customers and to each other?s. #noonedeservehate #weallinthistogether #stopracism

The Polyclinic staff and the Pharmacy staff are always under a lot of pressure to ensure that they can provide a quality / efficient and effective. service at all times.They have rules / policies and procedures in place that they need to follow for our health & safety as well as to provide the right level of service to patients in good time.I have not had any real issues to moan about with them and I?ve been with them for over 5 years.I?ve seen the changes they had to adapt their service to for patients, especially in this difficult period of COVID-19 and it?s variants, for our safety.What I see are those. patients who are not willing to abide / follow rules in place because they treat the place like a Market or a School Playground.They mainly complain as they do not understand the process or follow it.I understand and feel for those who did have a legitimate reason to not be happy with the service provided. Who wouldn?t.The staff are knowledgeable and if they don?t know - they find out ( just like in any jobs that you have to do the same) to support patients.The problem is people do not have patience - SO WHY ARE WE CALLED PATIENTS?Keep up the good work Loxford Polyclinic and Loxford Brittania Pharmacy.Happy Holidays.

I just wanted to share my personal experience that I have had with the loxford lane polyclinic pharmacy. I am a patient of the surgery upstairs and always have had an outstanding experience with every member of the staff at the pharmacy. They have such compassion, friendly manner always and go above and beyond with helping myself as well as thousands of others. It?s a very busy pharmacy and the staff all work very hard and do their best at providing an outstanding service. Keeping a friendly smile on your face cannot be easy , but these guys truly do it. Thank you all for everything as I would be lost without you all.

Horrible service, clowns are working there. Try there Phone Number deliberately make it busy. No way to talk, my prescription is stitting there from last few days, no update as they are out of stock. Now I have to go there again to check. Avoid they are expensive too.

I've been using Britannia at Loxford since January 2017, when I became a patient at the Loxford practice GP in the same building. Over that time they been friendly, professional and reliable. They have always provided my medications on time and accurately, or communicated any issues that have arisen with supplies and when I can expect the stock to arrive. I'm shocked to see such poor reviews in Google, and have to ask the other reviewers - have you tried being polite and treating the staff nicely? They always go out of their way to help me, including carrying heavier items out to the car or preparing my items so I can quickly get in and out during these difficult covid times (I am clinically vulnerable and try to avoid exposure where possible). All in all I am very grateful to the great team there - thank you!

Bad service staff always try to sell thing expensive then they are , please look at your prescriptions if you are paying customer as they will charge you 2wise even u have 1 item in your prescription. Sham sham on people working and doing this kind of stuff .
