They need to improve

Very unprofessional and rude.They are so stupid that they say that they don't have items in stock when it is clearly displayed right next to them. I could see from meters away that they did in fact have in stock what I asked for and they kept on denying it until they realised.Besides this, they don't know what rules there are regarding changing brands of medication. They misinform people and complicate it for customers with their lack of knowledge.They seem to have serious communication problems and start speaking with a loud and rude tone if something doesn't go their way.On top of all of this, they work very slowly and lazily, stand in the back looking on their phone and ask you to come back in an hour if you want to make any changes.These people should be fired or alternatively, the pharmacy should be shut down and replaced.

Phoned up and asked if the could deliver a prescription for me as not well enough to go out the lady was very pleasant and very helpful saying it would be delivered the same day at no charge can not fault the service I got at all

Appalling service. The staff are rude and need training on how to deal with customers. It's no good standing at the back of the shop yelling to customers at the front, it's very unprofessional, and when they finally come forward, the attitude is amazing. Add this to a Pharmacist who when questioned by my daughter over a prescription, was very aggressive and actually said to her "can't you read". I don't like bullies, so I went back into the shop, with my daughter. Not so brave now! I pointed out that the prescription had two interconnecting parts to it, and that not having equal doses of each, would cause issues. He agreed but said that it was nothing to do with him, and we needed to take it up with the doctor. Might as well have a school leaver dispensing if, as a pharmacist, you see something wrong with a prescription, but ignore it.The final straw for me is that this Pharmacy can't seem to order repeat prescriptions. Time and time again I have placed a repeat prescription with them, only to be told a week later that nothing has been received from the doctors. Chase the doctors who confirm that it has been sent over. Borno say no, until the doctor provides me with a copy of the transaction, with dates showing at least a week earlier. Suddenly Borno have just received the prescription!, but the items need to be ordered in. Another delay and finally I have what I ordered weeks ago. Everyone very sorry, it won't happen again until the next time.I no longer use this pharmacy, and now receive a speedy and professional service elsewhere. If like me you have received a poor, unprofessional service, from Borno Barkingside, don't be afraid to move.

I wouldn't even give this pharmacist a one star,appalling service.Ladys on the counter are rude.pharmacist is also rude.My mum has been using this pharmacist as long as i can remember at least 30 years and it has gone right down hill.My mum needs dossette boxes now and they are never on time even when ordering them a week be4 my mum needing them.When i asked the lady at the counter she just screamed at me over the phone.Telling me mums tablets weren't due for another 2 days,even thought my app tells me the exact date.My mum went without medication for 2 days its not exceptable.I have now moved pharmacys and the service is 5 stars,sort urself borno or ur going to lose alot more customers.

Have had a couple of pharmacist that have been a bit slow and lacking in social skills in the past. Now days I am generally happy with the service I receive here, the main pharmacist who is here most days for months now is a friendly helpful guy that does give me a bit of faith back in life and the world I live in. Why a lot of people moan and give bad reviews on here I think is more due to there own mistakes and mistakes and slow service that they receive from there general practitioner and staff.

Appalling service. The pharmacist is regularly late, which results in customers standing outside the door for unreasonable amounts of time. The staff inside just sit in the back, and don't have the decency to come and advise the customers as to how long the pharmacist will be.

Takes over a week for medicine to be read, staff dont know what they are doing. Open time is 9am not there till after 9:30, line is always engaged disgusting fairlop pharmacy is soo helpful compared to these so call pharmacy

If there was an option for negative rating I would have rated it. Their behaviour and service awful. Giving less ang wrong medecine is common problem. If askd they are so relactant and pretend they didnt do anything wrong.

Service has gone from bad to worse ! Staff hasn't got a clue what to do, if that wasn't enough the staff started swearing when shown there face in the mirror.
