I rang to make enquiries about making a donation as I had a very large suitcase full of items and was taking them to the shop on foot. A very flustered woman eventually answered and before I could confirm that the donation would be accepted, she said she had a customer and had to go. She then hung up on me. So, do I dump the things there or send to landfill perfectly good items? If you don't have staff to take calls, use voicemail. If you answer, deal with the query!

A decent charity shop with plenty that's not clothes. There is a good selection of toys, books, DVDs and video games, at mostly reasonable prices. Video games are well priced, but DVD prices can vary depending on title, and as usual for these types of shops, box sets can be very overpriced. The layout of the store is nice, and the staff are usually very pleasant.

If your after video games they will reach the shop floor and will be priced fair. They rarely have anything but when they do its good value.

Fairly spacious shop (we could move the buggy around with no problem) with lovely staff. A good range of products and a nice variety of greetings cards

Very rude customer service the women seems to be impatient and not helpful a real shame people like this hold a position like this and abuse it.
