Most of the workers at that place are rude, and with very fake attitudes, they patent to be nice they talk about the customers with negative comments.Noteworthy details: Dirty building and rooms also have rates. Is not hotel any more plase for homeless by the Redbridge council. The owner is very happy as he wants to make money before that.

First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!Not even worth 1 star at all.Bed bug infested, I was bit all over my body and the staff lied and said the pest control people were coming but it turned out to be the maintenance man just spraying water in the rooms.They have rats running aroundRooms are horrendous, very small and dirtyNo towels or toilet tissue providedThe staff are liars and they cannot offer you anything. You?re not even allowed to use the TV it?s £50 for the remote.

Our room had bedbugs, mice traps, smelt like someone smoked cigarettes in the room and the curtain had cigarette burns. The window was broken and couldn?t close,under the bed we found mouse droppings and a box with E-cigarettes and condoms. The hall way smelt like dead mice but was masked with air freshener. We complaint to the staff and they told us that we came with the bedbugs but other people had bedbugs too. Horrible place!

It's hard to explain how awful this place is. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Fake nails, chicken bones and a mouldy potato on the floor, Hadn't been hoovered for years. They leave the radiator on full blast and it couldn't be turned down due to a broken TRV. WiFi was extremely weak and the TV barely worked. No soap, wouldn't give us extra pillows...ridiculously noisy location so difficult to get a decent sleep. I understand that it's a 2 star hotel and my expectations were extremely low but it's such a digsusting place. It honestly couldn't have been worse. Please do yourself a favour and book anywhere else.

If i could i would give this hotel 0 stars, this is the worst hotel I?ve even stayed in. Smells like beer in the rooms and we left straight after we had a look at the room and paid for a new room at Premier inn hotel. Really nasty area to stay at, never ever want to get near that hotel again. Please pay a little extra and get your self a nice clean room ??

Needs to be closed down Eho need to attend this site absolutely appaling cum stains on the carpet, blood on the mattress, dust awful, stinks, customer service appalling, no manager to refund money, wanted to check out soon as arrived, no food hygiene rating being displayed and this is a requirement by law!!! AVOID 100% once you've booked no chance I getting money back. We put in a complain form over 1 week ago and nothing.

The window couldn't be closed. The closet in the room was close to colapse. The walls were dirty, no shampoo or shower gel at bathroom. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

I was there three years ago by my holiday camp. Hotel maids was really kind, exactly like the staff in dining room.The breakfast was typical English - toasts, fried eggs, bacon, beans with tomato sauce and sausages. Sometimes they didn't have enough toasts so for me it was a kind problematic, 'cause I don't eat porky and beans is too heavy for first meal in my opinion.The room was ok. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was strait, but I don't want to complain, 'cause it was like in some flats in cities and I'm used to big bathroom.The location is also fine, I think - close to park and pubs/restaurants
